If someone clicks your ad and books three replies later, Meta normally never learns that. We tell it. It then goes looking for more people like the one who booked, instead of more people who just message.
Meta starts charging for service replies, which have been free since November 2024. In Lebanon that is $0.0091 per message. Every WhatsApp proposal written this year that says replies are free stops being true that day. We pass Meta's fees through at cost.
